The Mosaic (“we,” “us,” or “our”) collects only the information you choose to share when you reserve a tile. We use your email to send confirmations and occasional updates about the project. We will never sell your data or use it for unrelated marketing.

When you submit the tile claim form, we temporarily store your first name and country so they can appear on your tile on the public mosaic. You can opt to stay anonymous by toggling the “Show my name” option.

We may use trusted third-party services, like analytics and email tools, to help us run the site. They only receive the minimum information needed to perform their work and are bound by their own privacy safeguards.

You can request that we remove or update your information at any time by contacting privacy@mosaic.davincimovie.com. We respond to every request.

We keep security simple: encrypted connections, least-access permissions, and periodic reviews of the services we depend on. If we ever believe your data has been exposed, we will notify you promptly and outline the steps we are taking in response.
